One executive session item. 41. Receive legal advice on contract with republic of Texas biker rally for 2005 event. That is posted under the consultation with attorney exception. We will discuss it in executive session with council and we will return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session. We discussed number 41. We gave directions to staff, in my view no action is necessary today, we will have it back on the court's agenda next week.
