Travis County Commissioners Court
April 5, 2005
Item 38
Item 38 to consider and take appropriate action on the following, A is a request for application rfa for bank depository contract and B is notification of the rfa in Travis County newsletter, we do have a noon deadline to meet with the chronicle advertising section. Consequence stab. There is one clarification we need to make for the record.
>> good morning, I’m mary mace, investment manager. This is the request for application for the contract for our bank depository contract. We do this by law at least every four years, that time has come around. I do want to tell you that this year the -- the Travis County hospital district has voted at their last meeting last Thursday night, to join us and to continue using Travis County's depository bank as their bank they will have a separate contract but they will be part of this process. You have the rfa, that's the only change in it, I believe. And the list of banks. We will be advertising, I recommend the Austin chronicle. For several weeks so that any banks for some reason we don't have on our list may be aware of it. If you are aware of any banks that you think might be interested I would be glad to add them to the list as well.
>> any other issues for anybody? Then I move approval of a and b.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Commissioner Davis votes in favor, also, so pass pass by unanimous vote.
