2. Receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 50' drainage easement lying 35' south of the north lot line of commercial lot 1 of forest bluff section 1, a subdivision in precinct one.

>> this is a drainage easement. There was a new 50-foot drainage easement that was platted as part of the forest bluff section 1 subdivision that actually conveys the storm water. We have certification from the engineer stating that the one proposed for vacation is not needed for the conveyance of storm water. We therefore recommend its vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? Seeing none --
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> all in favor? That passes unanimously. This will be action item no. 15 on today's agenda.
