Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, anybody here on 14? 15, 16, 17, 18 a and b, and b is to reject their --

>> they were going to come and speak, but I don't think they are here.
>> as far as I know, it's ready. Is anybody here on 25? I do know that we had a meeting with the person that came down, is 25 ready?
>> yes, it is, sir. We met with the gentleman out in the field and he had a [indiscernible] so he couldn't come today. That's not to say we satisfied him, but we met and told him what the issues were.
>> 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, on 34 a, anybody here from h.e.b.? We'll just get that plat to them?
>> okay.
>> okay.
>> 34 a, b, c and d, so all of 34. 35, 36, I think on 37 we need to delay that a week, okay?
>> oh, okay.
>> need to make a few phone calls, we can change the wording on it, but I need to make a few phone calls on that one. So 37, let's just have it back on next week.
>> yeah, because that's not a precinct 3 appointee, it's a full court. Sorry.
>> Commissioner Daugherty was getting mighty powerful last Tuesday.
>> omnipotent.

>> just one week, judge.
>> right. Should be back on next week, all of 38.
>> move approval of the consent.
>> not 39? It's therecalculation about the grant money.
>> I’m not sure that I understand that. I don't know whether they need to come down and explain it or not. Looks like it's a calculation more than anything else that affects others. Any -- 39, this is added to the con sent motion, consent motion, is that okay?
>> uh-huh.

>> all right. Let's see which one it is. 39 on consent.
>> [indiscernible]
>> okay. They say the same. All right. So on 12 they want to postpone that or pull it?
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> okay. So 39 is not part of the consent motion.
>> would anyone like for us to pull 39 for separate discussion.
>> 39 is or isn't?
>> 39 is, 12 is not. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
