>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r. The open owner of the property wishes to resubdivide lot 3, 43,726 acres into 15 single family lots. We've had no issues or complaints. The only reason the action item is delayed or postponed is because we haven't received all of the fiscal.

>> we have not. We are short about 3,000, a little over $3,000.
>> did they say basically when that could be all in so we can move forward?
>> when -- when do we expect the rest of the fiscal?
>> fiscal, they are working on the forms, probably beyond either next week or the week after. Once we have that in hand --
