Health Facilities Development Corporation
Now let's call to order the traction health facilities development corporation 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve restitution payments received from the city of Austin on the vision village project.
>> the reason for this agenda item is to -- to kind of give you where we are with the restitution payments. They are the investigation of vision village has been completed. We have received receipt substitution payments from two individuals. As you know, there is a sharing of these payments with the city of Austin. The allocation is governed by an agreement that was executed in November, 2003. The corporation's share is a little over 10% of the payments. And to date, the -- the city has paid -- the payments go to cscd and then cscd pays the city of Austin and then the city pays the corporation. So to date the corporation -- the city has paid the corporation 11,027.52. They owe the corporation another $1,000 -- $1,081.86. They have told us that they will be sending us that money soon. They are still -- there are still rest substitution payments owed -- restitution payments owed of [indiscernible], of which the corporation's paid portion is 5,010.08. I have included in the backup some schedules of all of the restitution payments and sort of a summary of the vision village income and expenses.

>> to -- the action is to approve the -- that I have reviewed the allocation that -- that the city has calculated and I do agree that it is conformed -- conforms with that agreement. So it's just to -- to inform you of this so that you may -- you may vote to approve it.
