Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct four: resubdivision of lot 26, capitol view estates (short form plat - 6 lots - 4.516 acres - capitol view drive - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by on-site septic - city of Austin e.t.j.

>> good morning, carol joseph, t.n.r., The opener of this single family home or lot wishes to resubdivide into six lots. As far as the t.n.r. Is concerned, they have met the requirements of our platting and resubdivision issues, rules. However, we have had a couple of calls. One gentleman in particular lives in the floodplain and he floods and continues to flood. This resubdivision, however, has detention ponds on each and every lot, there be not adding any flow, more than he already has down the road. We have not had any of the other complaints, just somebody I think that lives nearby and is concerned that he will continue to flood.
>> I think it's based on those concerns that they felt that they wanted no action today on this item, so that they would have the opportunity to show up in person next week.
