Executive Session Items
Number 35 is to receive legal advice on personal injury accident at Travis County farmer's market and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 36, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding compliance by jbdi, inc. And metro h 20 hilts ltd with agreements executed as condition of approval for plats for forest bluff subdivision. Consultation with attorney, too. Only those two items for executive session. We will discuss them briefly and come back to court real soon.
>> we have returned from executive session where we discussed the two posted items. We discussed number 25 involving the Travis County farmers market.
>> I would move that an appropriate letter be sent to mr. Rylander reminding him about duties and responsibilities in his contract.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We also discussed number 36, I don't think any action is necessary on that today. I believe the matter has been resolved, we shouldn't have to see it again unless there's some unexpected development in the future. That being said there is no further business for the court today.
