Number 10 is to approve modification number two to contract number 03 t 00287 ld accent foods for cafeteria and vending machine concession services.
>> is there any bill now associated with this? Because the last time I was over there -- here's where I'm going. The last time I was over there I found after everybody left and it's no longer the hours of operation that I found that that space to be all call it unprofessional and not be fitting of a public building in terms of a leftover table and just -- it didn't look the way it ought to. And I'm just trying to ensure -- we need to figure out a way to get coffee and food into that building, but that we do it in a way that is respectful of the space before, during and after. I don't want this to look like it's the lineup at the taco truck, and I also want to make sure after it's all done that we have a space that respects the space that it is, which is in a criminal justice building, and it ought not look like, my goodness, what just happened here in terms of cleanliness, tables, etcetera. It ought to be something that breaks down and gets set back up in the highest professional standards at all times.
>> this was at the cjc?
>> it was in the cjc in that vending area. Every time i've been over there i've been not happy in terms of it's like oh, my god. Nobody moved the tables to the side or made it look like something is over for the day. I'm fine with it as long as we have somebody that is making sure that the setup and the breakdown is done on a daily basis in a manner that is consistent with how we take care of our buildings.
>> why don't we just give the vendor a list of improvements that we think ought to be made at the close of business each day, if that's what I'm hearing. I'm not over there enough really to have seen it.
>> i've never been over there.
>> the tables are kind of strewn out there. It's not what I would say -- break down has not occurred in a way that --
>> why don't we have facility do that for us.
>> and there is no buildout, there's nothing to build.
>> that's why I'm asking these questions. I'm happy in terms of moving approval of this codification with facilities following up in terms of ensuring that the before, during and after of when this stuff occurs in the cjc is consistent with how we want our buildings to be treated.
>> second.
>> judge, the other thing that I wanted to just suggest and I guess at the proper time, is we really need more sugar free stuff in the vending machine. And maybe fat free stuff. Fat free and sugar free. I really think it's a health issue and I think after I went for my physical, I think I need more sugar free and fat free stuff. [overlapping speakers]
>> it's a health issue.
>> more water. [ laughter ]
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank y'all very much.
