Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to temporarily close ross road approximately .8 miles south of pierce lane in precinct 4 for road realignment in conjunction with construction of stony ridge phase b, section 1 subdivision.

>> this is a development out in southeast Travis County to the east of bergstrom air force base. Bergstrom municipal airport. The development is realigning ross road which will become a north and south roadway and the praoeuflt developer is proposing to realign ross road in the process of developing a subdivision that will require ross road be closed for a period of five days. We're recommending the court close the road to secure safety of the traveling public during construction.
