Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to vacate authorize filing of an instrument to vacate four parcels of right-of-way front of lots 77, 78, 79 and 80, hughes park lake subdivision number 1.

>> good morning. Joe geiselman with the transportation and natural resource department. This is a follow-up action from an agreement the court adopted on November 9th last year. There are four parcels on this park drive that we're requesting the county to vacate a portion of the right-of-way that was not needed for the roadway. The roadway was actually built in a different location so they secured right-of-way on the other side of the roadway to accommodate where the road actually was, and now we're going through the process of vacating the unneeded right-of-way on their side of the road which they will assemble with their own parcels and everything worked out where there was equal value received by the county and the property owners so it was somewhat of a swap. So today's action is to vacate the right-of-way not needed.
