Number 15 is to consider and take appropriate action on the selection of a negotiation team for the interlocal agreements between city of Austin and Travis County.
>> judge, this comes from the city-county subcommittee that was meeting and had on the agenda the interlocals that Commissioners court committed some months ago that we would look at the city-county meeting, the city of Austin came forth with their I guess version of the interlocal. And with all of the changes that need to be looked at. Our county team is ready to go as well. And so now we're at the point where we need to select a negotiation team to go over the issues that will be covered by the interlocal. And so arlene sherry had to be somewhere else this morning, so arlene is here. You can probably tell us the people who were on the negotiation team last time.
>> yes. Last time we had yourself, susan (indiscernible), diana warner, mar retta, myself and cyd grimes. We have done preliminary work to try to understand all the programs the city does deliver for us in the public health, animal control and human service arena.
>> can we get stephen could tom back as a volunteer?
>> I doubt it.
>> move that we substitute sherry fleming and add allen miller from planning and budget office. I do think there ought to be somebody from the pbo. Christian suggested that allen miller would be the appropriate person. Allen is a budget analyst for the budget services. That and the rest of the committee that's intact?
>> second.
>> discussion? And y'all go out and do well. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
