1. Receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct three: amended plat of lots 5, 6 and 7, block a, the preserve at Barton Creek - short form plat - 3 lots - 4.18 acres -- grazing deer trail - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by on-site septic - village of bee cave etj).

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. This is merely taking three lots and resubdividing it into two lots and all of the other appurtenances remain.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> not to my knowledge.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
