Consent Items
Then we move to the consent items. And we do need to pull a couple of the -- of the -- a couple of the consent items. We will pull 36 b. 36 b. But that should leave 3 c 6 a.

>> let's pull linda bottoms. We don't need her, I think her term expires not now, but much, much later. So there's no reason to reappoint her at this time. So consent 6 b we pull.

Number 5, number 6 including the -- to authorize pete baldwin to sign the letter. Number 8. By the way, this credit card is used to cover expenses to transport inmates and mental health clients out of town. Only. Commissioner Sonleitner says. 9, 10, 11, 12.

>> and a 3 and a 4. Move to approve by Commissioner Gomez, seconded by common. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
also, I was reminded that we were asked to pull consent 10 b. What we did before was to pull consent 6 b, right? I move that we reconsider consent 10 b, tolls cavanaugh -- thomas cavanaugh. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Now I move that we pull, we had approved it, so I move that we basically reverse that approval. We don't need it anyway. Just be a double appointment for a short time. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. The record ought to show basically c 10 b thomas cavanaugh being pulled and no action taken today. His term is intact and -- and so that won't be any adverse effect of that.
