That brings us to executive session, doesn't it? We have been asked to postpone item no. 43 until next week. That's February 15th. We previously announced our attention to call up the leash law item in executive session for a couple of -- or three legal questions. And that is item no. 36, consider and take appropriate action on request to adopt an ordinance requiring owners to restrain certain pets in unincorporated areas of Travis County and represented matters. That will be the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 44. Receive briefing from the county attorney on the status of the management agreement for the Travis County farmer's market and agricultural exhibit center, and take appropriate action. That's posted under the -- that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act, also, after discussing these two items we will return to open court before we take any action.

we have returned from executive session where we discussed the two items we announced. Number 36 and also number 44, dealing with the leash law and the farmers market respectively. No action required on either, right.
>> I’m going to try one on 44.
>> all right. 44 dealings with the farmers market.
>> that an appropriate letter be drafted from the county attorney's office, laying out and touching upon the issues that we talked about related to the management contract. Especially with the attention related to the process on the lease. And consequences of not having a lease in place, but basically covering the issues that were discussed.
>> second.
>> discussion? So we are authorizing --
>> county attorney.
>> from the county attorney's office as being basically a summary of relevant provisions.
>> provisions an points and the legal consequences.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. No further business today.
>> move adjourn.
