Speaking of hospital district, number 34 consider and take appropriate action on counter-offer received from the Travis County hospital district regarding interlocal agreement for services. This is pretty straightforward, isn't it, john? The question I guess is what's the counter to our offer that we ought to be concerned about?
>> there were a couple of things, the one that Commissioner Sonleitner implied is out there, the project access contract to the tune of about -- a little over $60,000. It's -- it has not been paid out. And everybody I just -- we kind of overlooked that. It was originally in the list of contracts to be assigned to the hospital district now we find out that the money should follow it as well. This is an additional provision added in there.
>> that would have been our intention anyway.
>> should have been, yes. That -- that updated version of that was e-mailed to your offices late yesterday afternoon. So I couldn't get it to you earlier. But it's whenever I got it. The other thing is the tobacco settlement can he changed that as well so Travis County can make an entire tobacco settlement claim through the end of September 30th, that's what it was going to go to. Originally the language said may 25th, thinking that's when it was created. But because Travis County continued to pay all of those bills through September 30th, the hospital district graicial showsly allowed us to make that claim for all of those payments that we have made for indigent health care. Those are the two big changes in there. Otherwise they approved it as was, sent over to them.
>> second? Motion to approve by Commissioner Sonleitner, seconded by yours truly. Any more second? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.
>> it will be on their agenda Thursday for them to sign it as well. Essentially biceping their counter offer it's a deal now.
>> cool.
