Let's go back and pick up 27, consider and take appropriate action on the proposed surface treatment roadways, blade and oil roadways, reconstruction, rehabilitation roadways and drainage program for fiscal year 2005.
>> yes, joe geiselman with the transportation and natural resources department. Last week you adopted the outsource program for our road and bridge repair for '05. That would include the hot mix and the asphalt. The one we're presenting this week are all the projects to be done by county crews. This, again, is the result of our pavement management system and the list of recommended roads and the type of treatment that they would recommend that we undertake for those roadways. So this is basically what we intend to accomplish this summer during our paving season.
>> I’m depressed, I have no blade roads or oil roads. But I’m not that depressed.
>> you've got to have some roads.
>> they are hot mix, f-mix and they are seal. [inaudible].
>> and I have a park road.
>> the one question I do have is where we have under type maintenance and we have -- [inaudible] does that mean we will do -- I see 2-a, 2-b, 2-c or type 4. At some point later we'll make a determination as to which one?
>> yeah.
>> that's what that means?
>> yeah.
>> yeah, these are the different types of seal coats that we do. The 2-a is the single course, 2-b, two course single treatment. 2-c trap rom. 4-a is your -- or the type 4 is the level up in two course. It's two course.
>> how do we determine which of the four it will be?
>> sir?
>> how did we determine which of the four types it will be for a particular road?
>> well, the report recommends either within of these processes and what we do is actually go out and visually look at each within of these roads and make that determination.
>> okay. Have our road Commissioners had a chance to review the list?
>> this one has.
>> issues? That's why I move approval.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
