Executive Session Items
We did announce that we will call up item no. 5 in executive session under the consultation with attorney and real properties exceptions to open meetings act, it's to approve or reject proposed farmers market lease agreement with danny wright and garland eatles, dba danny's barbecue and catering. The other item that we will need is the one that's posted for executive session, that is number 34. 34. Receive briefing from county attorney and give direction and/or take appropriate action in settlement offer regarding terri d. Flemmings; (flemmings, terri d.; Perez; subrogation) that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these two items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session where we discussed two items. Number five involving the proposed farmers market lease agreement with danny wright and others, d/b/a danny's barbecue and catering.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We also discussed number 34 34 involving the offer to settle in the matter of terrid. Flemings. I move that we reflect the offer and counteroffer for the county to receive 50% of any settlement.
