Number 7, approve 29 job descriptions for approximately 49 positions in the human resources job families that were affected by the classification and compensation strategic plan year three during fy 2004 job analysis project. Do you want to remind me of what the court has already approved on this? I know we discussed it a few times already.
>> what the court has already approved on this item, judge, is the job titles, pay grades, the flsa designations. And as ce did with the other titles on job families that were included in our year 3 strategic project, we're bringing in the job descriptions. We had also brought job descriptions in separately before on the other job families that we had reviewed. This is the work of the scupt as you will remember.
>> are there any issues?
>> just more of a clarification. It's obvious, there is no fiscal impact to what we are doing. It will basically determine whether some folks might be no longer green circled or become green circled or whatever, but there's not any kind of automatic raises or anything like that?
>> no. It's within the a targeted budgets for the respective departments. And just -- you mentioned green circled. There were eight green circle positions out of this job family. And with the actions of the four percent and departments using some of their already allocated comp money, the green circled positions are going away for the entire family.
>> okay.
>> we contracted this out to keep the department from doing this work on a staff basis?
>> absolutely, that's correct.
>> Commissioner Davis?
>> yes. That's a good question, Commissioner Sonleitner. So in essence, of the four departments that have been affected with what we're doing here today, tnr, juvenile, the sheriff's office and the road shop, the -- there are only eight -- there were only eight remaining green circles this these particular green circle employees and are to be set I aside within those four departments?
>> they have actually all been set aside with the exception of two titles, which are included -- pardon me?
>> go ahead.
>> there are two titles that are included for budget transfer requests that's before you today. So assuming the approval of the budget transfer then, 100% of the green circle titles under the hr job family will have been taken care of. Would have been taken care of, yes.
>> oak doak. -- okey-doke.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.
>> thank you.
