1. Receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct one: resubdivision of lot 1, block a; lot 1, block b; lot 1, block c; lot 1, block d & lot 13, block e, parkway subdivision (short form plat - 56 lots - 15.603 acres - harris ridge blvd - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by northtown m.u.d. - city of Austin e.t.j.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This is a resubdivision of five lots in order to allow the development to construct 56 condominium lots. Five original lots are fairly large lots. Along the boulevard and -- and will accommodate the additional lots for condominiums. I have not heard of any objections to the resubdivision. But the purpose of this morning's meeting is to receive any public testimony regarding the resubdivision.
