I believe that brings us to executive session. 36. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Reymundo rodriguez (george west resale deed), and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 37. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Rev. J.m. Mcchristian (humayun khalid resale deed), and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 38. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Tejas builders, inc. (casas rojas, llc resale deed), and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 39. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Jim r. Sebree (porter v. Laird resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney exception. 40. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Earl l. And maunee starkie (porter v. Laird resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. The last two items are also consultation with attorney exceptions to the open meetings act. They are 41. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Tim wolfe and associates, inc. (sean murphy resale deed), and take appropriate action. 42. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Robert h. O'neal (invest smart homes, inc. Resale deed), and take appropriate action. We will discuss these matters in executive session. But will return to open court before taking any action.


we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 36 I move that we authorize the county why to sign the prepared tax resale deed to george west, who has paid Travis County the amount of $4,142.94.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 37 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax resale deed to humayun khalid involving the property at 1,000 cassette cove. He has paid Travis County the sum of $3,000 in cash.
>> second. Discussion in all in favor? That passes unanimously. 38 move that we authorize the county have to sign the tax resale deed to casa rojas, llc, who has paid Travis County $6,000 in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Item no. 39, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax resale deed to porter v. Laredo who has -- laird who paid Travis County 4,669.52 and this involves lot 567 at point venture.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 40, move that we authorize the county judge to sign a second tax resale deed to porter v.laird, who has paid Travis County the sum of $4,033.83 in cash, this involves lot 767 in point venture.

>> discussion? All in favor? Passes unanimously. Number 41 move that we authorize the county zoo j to sign the tax resale deed to scene murphy -- sean murphy who paid Travis County $100 in cash.

>> less said the better. And number 42, and I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to invest smart homes, incorporated, which has paid Travis County $17,000 in cash.
