Consent Items
Consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 7. Would in my opinion like for us to discuss any of those separately? We have been asked to consider the following items for the consent motion. And if you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 1, 2, 4, 5 a and b, a long list of purchasing items, number 8, 9, 10, 11, and Commissioner Davis would you like for us to call 12 up separately.
>> yes, 12 and 13, judge.
>> okay. 14, so -- so we go from 11 to 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 a and b, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27 a, b -- a and b, 28, 29.
>> move approval of the consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?
>> judge, I'm confused on number [indiscernible] 18 and 19, are they the same as 13 and 12?
>> no, they all should be a little different. 18 really involves just a little of maintenance work on the county landfill. That's sort of as-needed as we have leachate problems out there, we have a private contractor that handles that for us. That's what 18 is about. And 19 is just a tds contract. That's a little separate from the other one.
>> okay.
>> do you want us to discuss either one of those?
>> no, sir.
>> okay. 18 and 19. And but we are not any discussion of the -- any discussion of the consent motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
