13. Approve twelve-month extension (modification no. 2) to contract no. 03t00107oj with Texas disposal systems, inc. For contingency contract to refuse collection contract. This is the backup contract to number 12. You do have problems with waste management, tds would simply step in if you do have problems. That's why I move approval.
