Number 29, consider and take appropriate action on appointments of Commissioners court members to various boards, commissions and committees. And we tried to give you a listing of current appointments. My hope is that we will take action on this next week, but this is to serve as a reminder. I think that on the emergency medical services advisory committee, the second page, bottom, isn't Commissioner -- isn't that you, mr. Daugherty? So I added that name. Otherwise this list --
>> I think this is talking about -- this is not the e.m.s. Subcommittee, which is me and Gerald. I think this is the one that's set up with the e.m.s. Interlocal, judge. I certainly have no issues with that one also being added on.
>> I wouldn't try and increase his work load. But do we have the other one listed?
>> no, sir. I was going to say that we probably ought to put that one on as an e.m.s. Interlocal. I don't know, there's got to be some title.
>> Sonleitner and Daugherty.
>> yeah.
>> and on phase planning, when you have those meetings, you post those?
>> we do. It's been awhile since we've had one, judge, and probably is appropriate for us to get back together, but yes, they have always been posted.
>> let's look at these between now and next week and kind of be reminded. And if next week we take a motion and move one way or the other, is that okay? But I did think I should include them in the backup. We normally take this action during January, so next week will be good. That's January 25th. And let's move on.
>> barbara, what happens with you? Are you term limited out on the cap metro board this year?
>> I go through September 30th, 2005.
>> what do we do at that time? We just decide --
>> I guess we decide on what else -- what other action we take.
>> if we approve the current membership, what we would do is if in fact the law irz that, then we have to deal with it at that point. So the question is whether we deal with it in January or then. My guess is that then would be a whole lot better.
>> I agree.
