Number 10. Consider and take appropriate action on issues regarding the water system improvement project on plover place road in precinct four, including the following: a, appointment of fair housing coordinator as required by the Texas community development program contract. B, appointment of an equal opportunity standards officer section section 504 coordinator as required by the Texas community development program contract. And c, request for a budget amend of $6,500 to supplement grant funds to complete the plover place project.
>> actually, they're all pretty straightforward items. The first two are a requirement of the grant. We're recommending rachel vela as the fair housing coordinator and dan mansour as the equal opportunity section 504 officers. And these are required by the grant.
>> second Commissioner Gomez's motion to approve. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> the last item is also fairly straightforward. We're right now just totally out of grant money. We've used every bit of it. So we still have about $6,500 of costs yet to pay to complete the grant for the project, plover place. It's just a question of whether this comes out of allocated reserve or out of tnr's budget.
>> so as a result of those e-mails that y'all were exchanging, y'all were not able to resolve this source of funding issue.
>> I guess I have a different opinion about how the reserve is used than christian has, but ip it's a legitimate use.
>> that's why we have an allocated reserve, isn't it, Commissioner Gomez.
>> second for allocated reserve.
>> discussion? That motion was by Commissioner Gomez.
>> and we would need an appropriate budget amendment transfer. I guess with we can get that on for next week. Was there already one attached with this?
>> it will have it.
>> $6,500, it may be one of those routine ones.
>> it can imo go as automatic.
>> but if it's not, we direct that it be done if this motion passes. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> melinda and joe, and I think that thanks very much.
>> congratulations.
>> it all got done, it finally closed.
