Item number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a drainage easement as recorded at volume 13260, page 0558, Travis County deed records in precinct 3. Move the public hearing be opened. All in favor say aye? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> good morning. Joe geiselman. The original plat for detention pond. And once they got on to construction, they realized that they could handle the runoff from the streets and with a smaller detention pond located in a different area. The other area [inaudible]. So they are coming back now asking for the vacation of the original 1.83 acres. And we do have some residents of the neighborhood that are here. They have just this morning got the backup for the public hearing. So I don't know whether they are prepared to testify or not, but they can speak for themselves.
>> is there anybody here that would like to give comment on this particular public hearing? Please come forward, we have four microphones and we would be pleased to hear from you.
>> move the public hearing be closed.

>> moved and seconded the public hearing be closed. All in favor say aye? That passes by unanimous vote. Joe, do we then want to have this on as an action item or check back with the residents?
>> let me check to see.
>> very good. We'll check back when we get to the consent motion, which will be much later.
