23 is consider and take appropriate action on an order authorizing publication of notice of intent to issue certificates of obligation.
>> good morning, judge and members of the court, glenn elkins is here and this is the time we need to get your authorization to publish c.o.s which is required by the status. You've already approved what goes into this 12 million four, but we needed an affirmative vote by your selves that we have this authorization to publish, and glenn can explain.
>> and Commissioners and judge, you should have in your backup material a copy of the order. I think it's been reviewed with p.b.o. And we present it to you for adoption.
>> and consistent with what judge Biscoe and I talked about in new york with the bond rating firms.
>> and we plan to sell on the first day in February, on February 1st.
>> questions, comments?
>> will you come back to the court again after --
>> yes. On the 1st?
>> yes.
>> yes, Commissioner. That's the day we will take the bids. We'll do that here and come in and it will be a competitive sale.
>> okay.
>> the action that we're taking today is required by the statute as a notice provision for the ability to come in on February 1st and be able to take the bids and adopt the orders off the c.o.s.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
