2. Receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of the drainage, public utility and water quality easement and an electric easement on lot 6 block j, berdoll farms phase one section 1, a subdivision in precinct 4.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This is a fairly large, approximately 13-acre lot and they want to carve out a portion of it, about .4 of an acre for an amenity center. There's been no objection to the vacation from the utility companies aside from southwestern bell and we have been assured they will retain their 10-foot easement. So the staff is recommending approval.
