Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3,, and we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to -- for us to consider any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. It is a long list of items. Number 7, is there any representative here from a text pest management? 8, do we have a contract on 9 b?
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> we don't have the document today?
>> we don't have the document.
>> 9 a. We'll have b back on next week. That's the judge's resolution number 13 [laughter] supported by court policy, that's January 11th. Number 10, 11, 12, 13, no budget amendments, transfers or discussion items, so we will not need 15 today. 16, 17, a and b.
>> can I have a pulled, please.
>> 17 b but not a. We will discuss a.
>> yes.
>> 18, 19, 22 really is just a notice. This appointment is required by -- by a state mandate and the county judge is supposed to make this appointment. This is my way of memorializing it. Plus it seems to me to make sense to always appoint the chair of the Travis County historical commission, so that would be my position on that.
>> what about 21.
>> 21, sorry, I skipped that. Those are all reappointments, these are volunteers doing an outstanding job for us on the Travis County historical commission, all of 21, and 22 we just mentioned. 24, 25,.
>> move approval of the consent motion.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
