Number 5 really is a disclosure that must be posted two weeks, this is the first one. To disclose relationship with key contracting person (spouse) and approve order waiving the requirements of discretionary contracts pursuant to section 32.004(f) of the Travis County ethics policy for the purpose of approving contracts during 2005 between Travis County and Austin Travis County mental health mental retardation. This item covers the spouse of the county judge, whose name is donna thompson Biscoe, she works for Austin Travis County mhmr, Travis County does have a contract with -- with mhmr and has had one for --
>> forever, decades if not scores. This is to publicize that relationship and in fact -- the fact that they contract with us and probably next week or the week after there will be a specific contract on -- on the agenda. This item is simply to disclose that relationship. Six is similar but involves another member of the court. 6. Disclose relationship with key contracting person (spouse) and approve order waiving the requirements of discretionary contracts pursuant to section 32.004(f) of the Travis County ethics policy for the purpose of approving contracts during 2005 between Travis County and daughters of charity health services of Austin. And Commissioner Davis?
>> yes. My wife is -- her name is ann Davis and of course she is employed by the daughters of charity, seton daughters of charity. So I would like to disclose that relationship at this time.
>> and she's been employed there --
>> oh, goodness, many years.
>> many, many years [laughter]
>> several years.
>> I guess we've had some sort of contract relationship with seton probably for almost forever.
>> yeah.
>> brackenridge probably more recently.
>> to the hospital district.
>> sheriff's office.
>> but that's the relationship that -- we are disclosing that. Next week we will be asked basically to waive -- to -- receive the notice and waive a -- anything that prevents the county contracting with the daughters of charity because of that relationship basically. All right. That's 5 and 6, they will be back on the court's agenda next week.
