3. Receive comments regarding temporarily closing of killingsworth road and gregg lane between immanuel road and cameron road for utility construction in precinct 2.

>> you were probably aware that the city of Pflugerville is constructing a water reservoir up east of Pflugerville, they are drawing water from the colorado and piping it up to the reservoir. This is the pipeline that will get the water up to the reservoir. And it will be going under construction. We are recommending that the road, killingsworth and cameron road be closed for two days each during construction because of the safety involved. And so killingsworth would be closed for two days January 10th and 11th and gregg lane would be closed from January -- two days, January 24th and January 25th. Others might be extended depending on construction. They are just crossing the road, typically they cross the road, backfill, they are on their way. We don't expect any problem. There are residents from the area here to speak to -- I believe [indiscernible] at least attend the meeting.

>> yes. Yes we have a detour route and signs will be posted.

>> yes. There's a whole detour plan.
