Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of the 5' public utility easement on either side of the common lot line between lots 23 and 24, block n, apache shores section 5, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> the owner of both of these lots have asked for the vacation of the public utility easement. It's a five foot easiment on both -- easement on both sides of a common lot this individual owns both lots and would like to place their house in the middle of both lots. The utility companies have no deed and we therefore recommend vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony? Move to close the public hearing.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 11 on today's agenda.
