33 is to consider and take appropriate action on strategic planning initiative for Travis County Commissioners court in fy '05.
>> judge, what I have to report on that, the facilitator that we were talking to, excuse me, had already committed to another -- made another commitment. So we are looking now at -- also because of the other issues like the -- the -- the martin luther king, jr. Holiday, the following, the second one, I had capital metro set up a -- a retreat as well, so I will be on retreat the following week. And I don't want to miss this particular retreat. And so we are now looking, coordinating with the facilitator for February 25th, it's a one-day rather than a one day and a half. So alicia perez checked with everybody's schedule, it appear that's February 25th is a more workable day and it's also the fact that it's just one day rather than one day and a half, so it seems to be more promising on februar 25th.
>> so is that strategic planning for '05 and '06.
>> it's '05.
>> well, I got the e-mail yesterday and I had my office check into the availability of the work source center on the 25th of February.
>> right. I think for the '06 we are probably going to have to start planning a little earlier so that we can, you know, match people's schedules because they do -- obviously other entities have retreats and they call on facilitators.
>> so are you still seeking ideas from the court members about the theme of what -- or what the program should be like?
>> yes.
>> it's direct -- sends those, direct them to you?
>> yes, and i'll copy -- send them to me and copy alicia.
>> okay. Anything further on this item today? Really no direction to take. Commissioner Daugherty's office show that he is available.
>> yes, we checked with everybody's availability. So should we indicate to the work source that we don't need January 14th and 15th.
>> but rather February 25th.
>> okay, we'll do that.
