30. Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items.
>> there is unfortunately one change that needs to be made to the budget adjustments as were presented to comowrtd, that is pertaining to a 1. Presented to Commissioners court, that is a 1, a 1 was originally recommended from fund 435, existing cos, the project to upgrade the roof at the airport boulevard location. You will recall last summer there was some flooding issues and facilities management is moving forward to correct some of the deficiencies of the failed roof. It is a capital project. We thought it could be funded from fund 435 like I said which is an existing co. Further discussions yesterday with the county attorney revealed that the language might be a little bit more limiting than what we were hoping. So unfortunately we will need to recommend that it come from the car reserve instead. That line item is 00198009819891, and the two -- the account number that it will go to is 00114058218105. The amount does stay the same at 58,952. The only other change that I saw is under a 3, I had a typo there. It says fund 458 allocated reserve, that should be coming also from car reserve as the account number indicates. T 1 is a budget transfer in t.n.r. For lcra project. I understand that the -- that the two contracts were pulled today. However, the budget adjustment could go forward if the court so desires to put the money -- to go ahead and put the money in place and deal with the contract. This matter next week which Commissioner Daugherty is back.
