Number one is a public hearing regarding the partial vacation of a plat in precinct three: vacation of lots 115-127, 132-168, 195-228, all of bumble bee court, beekeeper drive, honeycomb drive, honey bee lane, honey bee court, and that portion of bumble bee drive west of bee hive lane, bee creek hill section two, (partial plat vacation - 84 lots and approximately 2700 feet row - 30.742 acres - bee creek road - no fiscal required - no sewage service provision involved in vacation - outside all municipal extra-territorial jurisdictions.

>> I think this will be shorting than at announcement. You saw this several weeks back when we vacated about 24 acres of it for church use. This is an old plat that was platted back in the 1970s. The subdivision has never been built. They are in the process of redeveloping the tract. So they have come forward where the vacation -- with the vacation of two other pieces of the old subdivision. One tract, 24 acres, will be combined with an adjacent 18-acre tract, it will become farmland. Then tract number 2 will be replatted into lots of one acre or greater, which will meet our septic regulations, so they will be developed into single family 7 units. That will -- developed into single family units and that will appear in a subsequent court agenda for replatting. Right now we are just vacating the existing platment and I know of no objection. Have heard of no objection from anyone about the proposed action.
