Consent Items

The consent items are next. And posted for consent are: c 1 through c 6, and those are ready for consideration, c 1 through c 6. Would anyone like to pull any of those for separate discussion? We've been asked to consider following the following items to the consent motion? It's a long list, but if you want us to discuss any of these separately, say so as I call out the number. Number 6, 7 -- all of 7, I have 7 a and b, assuming that the county attorney has b in its budget. It appears to me that they have the budget in the county attorney's office for b. Would anyone like to discuss b separately?
>> not unless there's a need to.
>> the only thing is if the budget is not there. If they don't have the money if we approve it or not, they can't fund it. This motion assumes they have the money in the county attorney's budget on 7-b.
>> that would be fine.
>> the explanation was a good one.
>> 9 a and b.
>> 10. , 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, all of 20, and that's 20-a through 20-l. Now, I did see some individuals here on number 20 earlier. We are about to approve this item, so unless you want to talk us out of it, probably no comments are necessary. 21 that we had the public hearing on. 22. Now, joe, on 25, my note says how much we are approving this condition based upon a one-year performance bond, plus construction. We don't say the amount of the bond.

>> that's all I need to know. Let's pull up 25 later, otherwise I think it's a good candidate for consent motion. 26, 27, 28 --
>> I have questions on 28.
>> 28 will not be part of the consent motion. 29. And on the others I think I would like to hear the explanation for 30, 31, 32, 33. So we go from tien 29 to 35. 36. --
>> so 34 is not on, judge?
>> no. 34, some of those items are so big that I would like to hear the explanation. 36 we called out, right? 35 in its entirety. 36. 40. 42, all I would like to hear is the explanation of why. It makes all the sense in the world. I’m sure the explanation is --
>> it's a quick one.
>> to see why.
>> and 43 there's a long list of elected officials bonds. That's 43-a through 43 o, all of 43. Motion by Commissioner Gomez to approve the consent motion. Seconded by Commissioner Daugherty.
>> [ inaudible ].
>> no. I would like to hear the purpose of that, basically what we think the hit on the county budget might be if any. I have in mind like a one minute explanation or two minutes depending on questions from the court.
>> judge, by e-mail you suggested we do 23 and 24 at 2:00 o'clock this afternoon. Is that still the case.
>> I did say that after corporations I estimated about 2:00 o'clock. And I do think we have enough on the other items to keep us busy this morning. So that would be good. Would anyone like for us to pull any of the items suggested for consent for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
