Now, the last item in the session is item 41, consider and take appropriate
action on strategic planning initiative for Travis County Commissioners court
in fy '05.
>> yes. We are in the process of talking to some facilitator.
Unfortunately, those folks have been out of the office and our folks have
been out of the office, so we're in the process of still getting that done.
So we anticipate that we will make that January 14th and 15th deadline.
>> are we going to do a follow-up?
>> where we left off and see where we're going.
>> so it may be over the holidays we'll have a little time
to while away and we can review.
>> as someone who was not here last week, can you confirm
for me what dates we're doing this?
>> January 14th and 15th.
>> that's a Friday and half a day Saturday.
>> my thinking is if we need the Saturday, fine. If we finish
on Friday... And at the facility across from highland mall. So I reserved
the date. I'll do that.
>> and in terms of the 14th, judge, do we have an expected
time frame, starting at what time?
>> I think we'll work that out.
>> we'll have it back on next week?
>> yes.
