19 is to receive briefing from the county attorney in executive session in Travis County et al versus orvilleh. we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following
items. Number 19, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax
resale deed to ricardo ordonez, who has paid to Travis County the sum of $2,700
in cash.

Number 20, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax resale
deed to bryan thomas murphy. This is the first one. Who has paid us the sum
of $5,936.09. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 21,
I move that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the Commissioners
court and Travis County the tax resale deed to yun wu, who has paid to Travis
County the sum of $4,166.35. Second.

On item number 22, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign a tax
resale deed to bryan thomas murphy. This would be number two to mr. Murphy.
Who has paid Travis County for this tract of land $7,384.46. Discussion? All
in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On 23, I move that we authorize the
county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to john redding, who has
paid Travis County the sum of $8,700 in cash.

So item number 24, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax
resale deed to todd l. Raier, who has paid Travis County the sum of $5,500
in cash. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On item
number 25, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared
tax resale deed to jean graves, who has paid Travis County the sum of 3,000
had hundred dollars.

And our final executive session item today was number 26. I move that we make
a counter to the counteroffer to settle for the amount of $75,000. That would
make this as an offer of judgment. That we indicate that we think this ought
to get this matter settled, otherwise we will need to go ahead and prepare
to litigate.

That passes by unanimous vote. We'll have it back' the court's agenda next
week just in case we need it. Although we should not unless we plan to celebrate.
That would be 12-21. There is no further business for the Commissioners court.
