we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 19, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax resale deed to ricardo ordonez, who has paid to Travis County the sum of $2,700 in cash.

Who has paid us the sum of $5,936.09. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 21, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the Commissioners court and Travis County the tax resale deed to yun wu, who has paid to Travis County the sum of $4,166.35. Second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On item number 22, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign a tax resale deed to bryan thomas murphy. This would be number two to mr. Murphy. Who has paid Travis County for this tract of land $7,384.46. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On 23, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to john redding, who has paid Travis County the sum of $8,700 in cash.

I move that we make a counter to the counteroffer to settle for the amount of $75,000. That would make this as an offer of judgment. That we indicate that we think this ought to get this matter settled, otherwise we will need to go ahead and prepare to litigate.
