Item no. One is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for
recording in precinct two: resubdivision of lot 10, block b, fleischer subdivision
(short form plat - 2 lots - 5.33 acres - fleischer drive - no fiscal required
- sewage service to be provided by on-site septic - city of Austin tooeng.
>> move to open the public hearing.
>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural
resources department. This is a fairly simple addendum to an existing plat.
The owner of lot 10 wants to add 4.558 acres of land that's adjoining the
lot that was not in the subdivision. He's adding it to his lot. That's why
the -- why the amendment is required. We have no objection to this.
>> now, are you joe gieselman from the transportation and
natural resources department of Travis County.
>> it's ironic the allergies have really helped my voice.
[laughter] on a bad day my voice will come back.
>> goodman: white christmas or something [laughter]? Maybe
you can sing us a song here joe. [laughter]
>> well, congratulations.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public
hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be opened -- be closed.
>> this will be action item no. 10 on today's agenda. All
in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Commissioner Sonleitner is out of
town and will miss the entire meeting tonight.
