Let's call to order the capital industrial development corporation, one item. That is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve resolution authorizing and approving appointment of successive trustee, successor trustee, successor remarketing agent and remarketing agent and approving and consenting to alternate letter of credit for the capital industrial development corporation solid waste disposal revenue bonds (texas disposal systems, inc. Project) series 2001, and related matters.
>> good afternoon, I think this will be brief. And there are -- there are representatives of the company and the bank. If you have any questions. But in general, Texas disposal systems is changing their banking relationship to j.p. Morgan chase bank, that encompasses changing the tres stew on this bond issue from bank on new york [indiscernible] ... While we don't have to approve it, it also involves changing a letter of credit that's security for the bonds to j.p. Morgan chase bank and that's really the essence of it. I sent a memo, you have a resolution, if you have any questions, they are here to answer them. If you don't, I think they would be glad to not. [laughter]
>> this is the recommendation of appropriate staff?
>> yes, sir.
>> lad pattillo did call harvey Davis and told him that he was fine with that. I haven't spoken to lad but harvey has.
>> any reason the board should not approve this request?
>> no, sir, not that I know of.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote with director Gomez absent.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Mr. Davis, we will take the rest of the corporations this afternoon, give you a chance to enjoy your lunch, we don't need you back, do we.
>> I have communicated to you via e-mail to you and mr. Davis about the response of the trustee on that 1994 redemption, if you want me to stay I can stay.
>> did you and you will see that e-mail?
>> I’m --
>> you sent it -- to the whole court, right.
>> no, sir, just sent it to you. I can have my secretary forward it.
>> I will share my copy with them over lunch. That way they will be.
