we have returned from executive session where we discussed three items,
number 32, which involves an offer of about six-plus acres in fee simple by
the Texas system of natural laboratories in exchange for a special license
for research.
>> judge, I move that we receive this offer, the warranty
deed and give or agree to the special license for the research.
>> second.
>> and authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of the
Commissioners court. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
We did discuss 33, got a legal briefing. No action necessary to be taken today
on that. We'll have it back on the court's agenda at the appropriate time
in the future. 34 involves the claim of keystone for work performed at the
northeast metro park. We'll have this matter back on the court's agenda next
week for follow-up discussion, and if appropriate action, and with that, we
did indicate that on 31 we would have back on the court's agenda next week.
We will get with executive managers and christian smith for a specific recommendation
from the Commissioners court. I may get even put from y'all in addition to
what we've heard during the previous discussions.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
