Travis County Commissioners Court

Consent Items
The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c-1 through c-8. And
number c-8 is to ratify the settlement we did last week. That's a better wording
of the action we took. The other thing if the auditor is listening is we did
put in this to authorized immediate payment. We actually approved this item
last week, but legal counsel suggested that we have another item to ratify
it. Last week the passengers vehicles were not included in the agenda item.
That was the only problem. So if we could pay that as soon as possible, we
would be much appreciative. Any reason to discuss any of those items separately,
c-1 through c-8? We've been asked to add the following items to the consent
motion. Please call out if you want us to discuss any of these separately.
As we need the number. Number 2. 3, 4, 5 --
>> judge --
>> 5 will not be part of the consent motion. 6. 7. 8. 9-a
and with b. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 19 in its entirety. 19-a, b and c.
>> how about 16?
>> 16 we need an order. Now, we have -- those orders have
been getting away from us and the problem with not having it sometimes it
surfaces two, three weeks later. So it's a little better we hold off. Number
20. 21. 25. 27. 28. And 29. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these
items for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by
unanimous vote.
