>> good morning. Joe geiselman with the transportation and
natural resources department. This subdivision is in precinct 3 located out
toward the pedernales river. It was platted in 1970. The owner of these lots
is the pedernales river united methodist church, and they are asking that
this whole block of lots be vacated as a first step in a redevelopment of
the subdivision. They are going to put a church in there and several other
buildings associated with the church. So what is going on here is an assemblage
and there will eventually be the church and their buildings. We have not received
any complaint about this replatting.
>> we believe any affected residents will know about it.
>> we believe so from at least our signs posted in the field.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public
hearing? If so, please come forward. This will be action item number 16 on
today's agenda. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
