Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, and I
show those to be ready. We've been asked to consider adding the following
items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these
separately, please say so as I call out the number. Number 1, 7, 9, 10, 11-a,
which is all of 11. 12, fn, 16, 19, and issues with 19, that's a whole lot
of them?

>> we're approving the job descriptions basically. 19, 20,
21 and a-1.
>> move approval of consent agenda.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for
separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous
vote.
