Good afternoon, let's call to order the northwest Travis County road district number 3, we don't need it as there are no claims, no investments. We do need the Travis County housing finance corporation, though. Let's call it to order with one item. 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve resolution prescribing the form and substance of an agreement to issue bonds, authorize the execution of such agreement, and containing other provisions relating to $15,000,000 multifamily housing revenue bonds. Mr. Davis?
>> good afternoon, I’m harvey Davis, manager of the corporation. I’m sorry to report to you that this item that the developer -- the developer has not been able to provide all of the paperwork and so I -- we don't have -- have enough information for the board to take action on this. He did call me this morning and he -- I think we will at a later date try to put it on the agenda, perhaps a November the 30th.
>> we will take no action today. You will put it back on when appropriate.
>> when it's appropriate, yes.
>> okay.
>> I apologize for having this on too early.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
