Travis County Commissioners Court
November 16, 2004
Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c-1 through c-3. C-1 through
c-3. And we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the
consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately,
please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 1, 2-a and b.
Number 5. 6-a and b. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. And 12 is the interlocal with the
city involving the coyote disposition and --
>> taking our money.
>> right. 13-a and b. 14. We did approve an exemption order
a couple weeks back. 14. 15.
>> it's ready?
>> yeah, I got my [inaudible].
>> excellent.
>> number 16, and that is with Travis County receiving $50
a month for 37 months.
>> judge, on 16, I’m advised by counsel that because this
is parkland, I need to post a 30-day notice, and so we will do that and bring
this back for adoption in 30 days.
>> 16 we will pull. Until joe has put it back on the agenda.
17. 18.
>> did we not already approve that or did I just get confused?
>> we did not approve it. It was on the agenda last week
and we were kind of running short of time so we approved the a part. This
has always been contingent -- b contingent upon approval of a. I was so happy
to get a behind us that --
>> I’m fine with it. Thank you.
>> okay. 19 and 20 we'll have on next week. 21-a. That's
all of 21. 22. 23. 24. On 27, the name is not in the item, but that person
is --
>> dana.
>> ledora dale, I think works for the surety company. The
person is --
>> is it dora dale?
>> that's who I thought it was.
>> it says the principal shall perform all the duties and
the principal is listed as dora lacey bales. It's weirdly worded.
>> we will assume that the person in 27 to take the position
of reserve deputy con constable for whom this surety bond is intended is dora
-- d-a-r-a spell l-a-c-e-y-b-a-l-e-s. And if someone in the constable's office
will let us know before the end of today's meeting. With that, 27 will be
part of the consent motion and the last item will be 29.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> motion by Commissioner Gomez, seconded by Commissioner
Davis. Would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately?
All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
