So we will take up items 42-b in executive session for advice of counsel. And that is a briefing from county attorney on county authority under sb 873. And along with that, we will discuss 53, receive briefing on status of purchase of bccp land from nootsie, et all and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 54, postponed until next week. 55 receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding settlement offer in jodi marshall versus Travis County, elt all. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 56, receive briefing from county attorney regarding settlement negotiations on claim received from keyt-ls tkoepb construction. We will discuss these matters in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

we have returned from executive session where we discussed 42-b and got legal advice on 873. And I -- and I appreciate that advice. We discussed number 53 involving the bccp problem and another tract of land.
>> I would move that we authorize the purchase contract in the amount of $5 million, and that the county attorney's office and all other appropriate staff with tnr continue to work out the actual last word smithing that needs to occur in this contract.
>> second.
>> and that may be saluted for doing an outstanding job, especially tnr and lawyers and staff.
>> absolutely.
>> discussion? All in favor? Farce that passes unanimously. We postponed 54, did not discuss it, did not announce it. 55 involving jody marshal versus Travis County, we will reject the latest counter to the counteroffer and have offered $50,000 and we want to be an offer in judgment since our last also. Seconded by Commissioner Davis. Discussion? All in favor? That is that passes by unanimous vote. We did discuss item number 56 and got legal advice, and I don't think -- there's probably no action to take as a result of our discussion. The matter, of course, stays exactly where it is unless you want to push -- you want to make the offer of mediation of all outstanding issues or have we done that before?
>> we've done that before. I think there is good information to pass on about how they might be able to pursue this in another way.
>> okay. And that does it for us today.
>> move adjourn.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
