43, consider and take appropriate action on agreement to correct mis alignment of a park drive, a road in precinct 3. Joe?
>> this is a subdivision around Lake Travis and unfortunately [indiscernible] and the right-of-way was kind of squirrely to begin with. There's plea property owners on the north side who have approached [indiscernible] about rededicating the right-of-way where the roadways' already built. There interest is basically using a right-of-way that the county does not need in order to enlarge their lots. They will allow septic systems to be put in. They would then get right-of-way on if other side of the roadway that would allow us to have sufficient right-of-way for the road at least as much as we could probably get at this point. It's not making the situation ideal, but we're not losing anything in the transaction. It's probably a net. If this were to be platted regionally, we would probably do it regionally asking for more right-of-way, but I think it's basically putting the load within the right-of-way that the county would then own. And there's still some drainage issues over an adjoining lot that the applicants were not able to acquire for right-of-way so down the road at some point there may be an issue we'll have to address. It's not making the situation any worse. They are culminating the drainage. It is in the right-of-way. So basically we're coming out net. We're not losing and we're not gaining.
>> if we approve this item today, we're approving what?
>> basically a [indiscernible] right-of-way.
>> if anybody opposes this swap of right-of-way, please come forward.
>> second.
>> judge, I would like to move approval.
>> seconded by Commissioner Sonleitner. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
