This morning there was a question about item no. 28, we did answer that citizens
question, otherwise 28 would have been part of the consent motion.
>> right, judge, his questions were answered, his issue was
clarified, so I would move approval of 28.

>> okay. 28 for the record, I think I need to read the item.
>> okay.
>> consider and take appropriate action regarding a plat
for recording in precinct 4, resubdivision of lot 28, east travis hills subdivision,
short form plat two lots, 10.956 acres, limited road, no fiscal required,
sewage service to be provided by onsite septic, city of Austin e.t.j., This
was one of the public hearings, there was a motion by Commissioner Gomez to
approve and seconded by Commissioner Sonleitner. Any discussion? All in favor?
That passes by unanimous vote.
