Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to authorize
the filing of an instrument to vacate a drainage and public utility easement
along the common lot line of lots 52 and 53, vista grande, a subdivision in
precinct 3.

>> this is a drainage easement and utility easement. We have
an engineer who has evaluated the drainage easement and it is not necessary
for drainage.
>> can we get more volume for joe?
>> the engineer has determined that the drainage easement
is not necessary and is therefore the vacation of the drainage easement will
not have any adverse effect. It is a vacation of a 7.5- foot wide drainage
easement. I do not know of any opposition to this vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public
hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes unanimously. This will be action
